We are a small hobby poultry farm located in beautiful South Central Missouri , near Hartville.    

We are  family owned and operated . We breed for Quality healthy poultry not Quantity. We are always striving to improve our birds in every way we possibly can.

Our Breeding birds are selected to conform to the breed standards as closely as possible,we are continuously adding to our flocks to improve our bloodlines.

 We sell chicks , started birds ,hatching eggs (when we have them available) occassionally we have some adult poultry on hand from time to time.

  Yes , We do ship hatching eggs Monday - Wednesdays, chicks , started birds , and adult birds Monday & Tuesdays when weather permits

 We usually start shipping  chicks  Mid April  (depending on weather)

  All hatching eggs ships by Priority mail with a Delivery Confirmation number .We have excellant hatch rates here at the farm, however we can not guarentee hatching eggs after they leave our hands due to uncontrolable shipping conditions that do occure at times and different incubation methods used.We do not ship in severe heat or severe cold temps , if you order and the weather doesnt cooperate we will collect fresh eggs and ship them when weather is permitting.

 Your eggs are always gathered after we have received your order , no old eggs are shipped.We try to send a few extra eggs if we have them on hand,depending on what is needed to fill orders first.

 We welcome you to pick up your order , at a scheduled pick up time at our farm or we can meet you in town.You can see most of our flocks from the drive and the road frontage but we do not allow tours of our farm for Bio-security reasons .

Light Sussex/Coronation recessive 

We were fortunate enough to have purchased (2) Trios of Coronation recessive Light Sussex (Greenfire Farm lines) from Justin Sorrell a very reputable breeder here in Missouri.We are hoping to have some Coronations hatch out by Fall 2010.

We have managed to hatch out a few babies from these guys , just patiently awaiting to see if we have some Coros in the hatch !!!

Lavender Silkie 

This year I was finely lucky enough to have been able to purchase (4) Simply Beautiful Lavender Silkie from

Brens Birds of Paradise !!!

In my oppinion her Lavs are the best out there !!!

Well they have begun to lay but have not yet hatched out any pure Lavs just Black/Split Lavs so far.

Blue/Black Bantam Mottled Cochins from BlueMottie has just hatched ! 03/20/2010

 Here are a few of our Mottleds in one of the grow out pens feathering out nicely . These guys arematuring and growing out real nicely,will have to capture a few more up to date pics soon.

Standard Frizzle Cochins 

Our foundation flock are from show lines  from  a breeder in Michigan .I am so proud of these ,they are Fantastic looking but still have some filling out to do !

We feel very fortunate to have been able to purchase and to be able to help work towards improving this Rare Brahma variety. These birds are Project birds and still have a ways to go . Our stock came from Gary Imwalle an Ohio Breeder who created this Wonderful variety and the Stunning Silver Laced Brahmas as well.
